Refunds/Returns

Products can be returned within 10 days for a refund minus shipping cost. 

Retail and consumable products are also non-refundable.

Equipments

Send us an email at alicia.l.tolliver@gmail.com if you there's a problem with your equipment. 

 

Shipping

Please allow up 7-10 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your relation to Georgia. 

You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 14 business days before that time.

If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at alicia.l.tolliver@gmail.com with your order number so we could further assist you.

 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at alicia.l.tolliver@gmail.com


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges 
We do not offer product exchanges.
